Cremeen

Partnership manager, data tinkerer, builder. I help early-stage companies move fast by wearing a lot of hats and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

The Swiss Army Knife You're Looking For

I've built my career at the intersection of partnerships, operations, and customer success, mostly at companies where the playbook didn't exist yet. I thrive in environments where "that's not my job" isn't an option.

At Pixellot, I manage a $5M+ ARR portfolio spanning enterprise B2B accounts, a B2C customer base of 5,000+, and a newly launched channel partner program, while doubling as an informal data analyst, launch coordinator, and process builder depending on what the week needs.

Outside of work I build things: side projects, tools, and experiments that keep me sharp on everything from the Anthropic API to California energy rebate math.

Where I've Made an Impact

Jan 2021 – Present
Senior Customer Success Manager
Promoted 3x: Partner Solution Specialist → Consumer Partnership Manager → Senior CSM

One of the most tenured members of Pixellot's U.S. team. I was part of the GTM team that launched the Pixellot Air, the company's first portable AI camera product, made some of the very first B2C sales, and helped build what became a 5,000+ customer base almost from scratch. Within two months I was one of the most knowledgeable people on the product outside of the PM and the founder. The role didn't fully exist before I started. I own a $5M+ ARR portfolio today spanning 6 enterprise B2B accounts, 5,000+ B2C customers, and a newly launched channel partner program.

Enterprise Account Management ($1M+ B2B ARR)
Manage 6 major Air Camera enterprise accounts including one of Pixellot's largest North American Air Camera partners at $561K ARR, which generated an additional $85K in consumption overages in 2025.
B2C Customer Base Growth ($4M ARR)
Helped grow and retain a B2C customer base of 5,000+ active customers and 350,000+ end users representing approximately $4M ARR ($250K MRR). Maintained high engagement through a newsletter with a ~50% open rate, more than double the industry average, and sustained a 95%+ retention rate over 4 consecutive years.
Global Onboarding Program + RMA Automation
Helped build Pixellot's global customer onboarding program with no prior process in place, personally onboarding 14 enterprise and mid-market partners. Separately, developed and helped automate the Global RMA process, overseeing 700+ hardware replacements and transforming a fully manual workflow into a scalable system.
Camera Data Analysis & Live Stream Diagnostics
Analyzed camera serial number usage data, cross-referenced event logs, and diagnosed live stream failures by parsing device logs at scale. Built Excel-based customer activity reports across North America, including Canadian regional breakdowns.
Voice of Customer & Product Influence
Served as a cultural and contextual bridge between U.S. end users and the Israel-based product team. Youth and recreational sports in the U.S. operate very differently from anywhere else, and translating that nuance into product feedback was a real part of the job. Directly influenced roadmap decisions as a result. Produced help guides and video tutorials with 9,000+ combined views.
